NOTICE OF PRIMARY ELECTION
In compliance with K.S.A. 25-204 notice is hereby given that the Primary Election will be held August 4, 2026. Candidates for the following offices will be nominated by each political party which has qualified to participate in the Primary Election:
One candidate for United States Senate
One candidate for United States House of Representatives, 4th District
One candidate for Kansas Governor/Lt. Governor
One candidate for Kansas Secretary of State
One candidate for Kansas Attorney General
One candidate for Kansas State Treasurer
One candidate for Kansas State Commissioner of Insurance
One candidate for State Representatives, 12th, 72nd, 75th, 77th, 85th 88th & 99th Districts
One candidate for Member, State Board of Education, 9th District
One candidate for District Court Judge, 13th District, 1st & 4th Divisions
One candidate for County Commissioner 1st District
One candidate for County Commissioner 4th District
One candidate for County Commissioner 5th District
One candidate for Township Clerk in each Township
Three candidatse for City of Benton City Council
The following officers will be elected in each political party which has qualified to participate in the Primary Election:
One Precinct Committeeman in each Precinct
One Precinct Committeewoman in each Precinct
